Whether storing or picking, distance transport or pallet transfer: The electro pallet stackers L10 - L12, with their slim chassis and good clear view masts make many maneuvers easier, especially where there is little space available. The operator profits from the tiller being mounted at a low point, which guarantees a safe distance from the stacker. There is also a creep speed function for very slow and tight maneuvers. Here the tiller is in an upright position. Overall the truck operates completely intuitively. All control elements are ergonomically arranged within the tiller head and provide for fatigue-free work.

Safety
This electro pallet stacker provides a good safety distance between the operator and the truck. This is provided by the long tiller, mounted at a low point. The speed automatically adjusts to the tiller position. The more vertical it is, the slower it goes. If the operator moves the tiller into the bottom or top end position, the electromagnetic brake is activated. The truck will brake automatically when the drive switch is released. The deep-drawn chassis and the rounded shape contribute to safe work.

Ergonomics
The trucks are easy to control through sharp curves with their long lever. The operator can easily and intuitively reach all elements on the ergonomic tiller head. Their hand always remains on the tiller head. In addition, they can maneuver the truck with a vertical tiller position using the creep speed button. This makes many processes easier in a close environment.

Handling
Thanks to the 1.2 kW three-phase motor and digital controls, the L10 - L12 electro pallet stackers accelerate quickly. All of the important performance parameters can be adjusted individually to individual operating requirements. The trucks move their loads precisely and quietly using the OptiLift mast controls. The Soft Landing function protects the load and the fork from damage when lowering to the floor.

Service
The three-phase motor of the electro pallet stacker L10 - L12 is maintenance free. This improves availability and reduces operating costs. All of the machine data can be read out quickly and easily using the CAN bus system. Then the technician can check all of the values on their service laptop. The most important components can be reached quickly behind the motor cover. This guarantees short down times. A digital multi-function display informs the user of the battery charge status, operating hours, service status and any possible errors.

Alternative Drive Wheels
Various drive wheels are available, depending on the operating environment. Possibilities include elastic rubber and profiled wheels, but also wheels of non-marking polyurethane or made of so-called Wet Grip material for wet or moist floors.
Alternative Tandem Load Wheel
The tandem load wheel is available in various models. These heavy duty support wheels provide additional stability in difficult conditions such as uneven flooring, long distances and extreme temperatures.
Automatic battery watering system
The so-called Aquamatics makes filling the battery with distilled water easy.
High Frequency Charger
High frequency chargers charge the batteries quickly. They are also 4-5 x lighter than regular chargers. They also provided a longer battery life, because there is less heating during charging.
Integrated Charger
With the integrated charger, the battery can be charged flexibly using any available socket and no extra space for storing the battery charger is needed.
Cold store design to -35°C
The cold store protection guarantees full availability and performance to minus 35 degrees Celsius.
Load backrest
The load backrest ensures that loads cannot slide backward when the load carrier is raised and fall on the operator.

Using the creep speed button, the truck can be maneuvered easily even in the most constricted spaces at a speed of 1.5 km/h with a vertical tiller position.
SafetySpeed (L10)
Proportional to the tiller position, the SafetySpeed function adjusts the propulsion speed: the smaller the tiller angle, the lower the speed.
