Order Pickers N 20-25 HP

FLEXIBLE HIGH REACH

EFFICIENT AND SAFE ORDER PICKING FOR A WIDE RANGE OF REQUIREMENTS

The N20 B, N20 - 25 and N20 - 25 HP low-lift order pickers from Linde Material Handling enable a highly efficient and safe order picking process thanks to their unique truck architecture with the battery located between the operator platform and forks: With a maximum fork length of 2,400 mm, various types of loads up to 2,500 kilograms can be transported. The position of the operator platform ensures an optimum view of the warehouse environment during the journey. Using the 3 kW three-phase AC motor, the order pickers can accelerate up to 14 km/h, depending on the truck type, to enable fast transport even over long distances. The intuitive Linde steering wheel allows the driver to maneuver forwards and backwards with ease. The small turning circle facilitates maneuvering in narrow aisles. The fully spring-loaded operator platform compensates for vibrations and shocks, and ensures a low-load picking cycle.

Characteristics

Safety

The position of the operator platform in front of the battery allows the operator to observe their surroundings while driving and to react to dangerous situations at an early stage. LED lights and the optional Linde BlueSpot™ at the front of the truck provide additional safety in the warehouse by visually announcing the truck. Three separate braking systems reduce the speed depending on the environment and load: The electromagnetic service brake is coupled with a dead man's switch and the emergency switch. A hydraulically assisted braking system boosts braking power in proportion to the load weight. In addition, when cornering, the forklift automatically regulates the speed in proportion to the angle of inclination of the steering wheel. A robust steel bumper at the front of the order picker ensures improved protection of the forklift truck frame and operator platform.

  • Robust steel bumper
  • Automatic speed adjustment in curves
  • LED lights and Linde BlueSpot™

Ergonomics

The operator platform can be adapted to the operator's needs: A low access height on both sides of the truck allows the operator to get in and out quickly. Both the Linde steering wheel and the backrest plus seating support are optionally height-adjustable and enable a comfortable and back-friendly driving position. The entire operator platform is spring-loaded to compensate for vibrations and shocks while driving (except N20 B). When reversing, an extra handle behind the backrest provides additional support. All edges of the operator platform are rounded and there is plenty of storage and compartments for equipment and personal items.

  • Wide access on both sides
  • Height-adjustable steering wheel and backrest
  • Spring-loaded platform

Handling

The low-lift order pickers from Linde Material Handling accelerate the overall material flow: With the 3 kW three-phase AC motor, the maximum speed of up to 14 km/h is quickly reached, so that even longer distances in the warehouse can be covered quickly. The driver can operate the intuitive Linde steering wheel with just one hand and easily reach all driving controls including the horn. The respective functions of the steering wheel are indicated by clear symbols. The pedestrian mode allows the driver to comfortably move the truck forwards and backwards for small distances without having to re-enter the truck. The electric wheel steering provides additional stability. Thanks to the optionally available lithium-ion battery, the driver can use their breaks to recharge their truck. A multifunction display permanently provides information about the current charge status of the order picker (except N20 B). The initial lift function enables the transport of goods over ramps and uneven surfaces.

  • Powerful 3 kW three-phase AC motor up to 14 km/h
  • Pedestrian operation
  • Clear multifunction display (except N20 B)
  • Initial lift function
  • Clear symbols on steering wheel

Service

The N20 B, N20 - 25 and N20 - 25 HP order pickers require only minimal maintenance: Up to 1,000 operating hours between service checks. The three-phase AC technology is maintenance-free and there is no need for the brakes to be readjusted. The technician can easily reach all service components after removing the engine cover and the service panel. Essential truck parameters can be read out via a CAN bus connection using a laptop. This allows truck information to be analyzed and problems to be quickly diagnosed and, if necessary, rectified. Robust cast steel bumpers on the front protect the operator platform and reduce damage caused by collisions.

  • 1,000 hours without service check
  • Maintenance-free three-phase AC technology
  • No need to re-adjust brakes
  • Free access to all important components
  • CAN bus connection for reading out truck data
  • Robust steel bumper

Optional Equipment

Fleet management

Fleet management

The Linde connect fleet management solution allows, among other things, for the usage of trucks to be analyzed in order to optimize the servicing or utilization of the fleet.

Front LED

Front LED

The LED light is located in the front and has a high level of brightness. It is water- and dust-proof.

Load backrest

Load backrest

An additional protection for driver and load is the load backrest, which can be adapted to the height of the load.

Linde BlueSpot™:

Linde BlueSpot™:

The Linde BlueSpot™ route warning system increases safety in operation, as the LED spot makes trucks silently visible.

Lithium-ion battery

Lithium-ion battery

The innovative lithium-ion technology means that the batteries can be fully recharged in around 1.1 hours at room temperature.

Pedestrian controls

Pedestrian controls

On both sides of the forklift truck there are pushbuttons on the lift mast. The driver uses them to operate the order picker from the outside and walks alongside at the same time.

Lateral battery change

Lateral battery change

The lateral battery removal by means of roller bearings enables a quick change, especially for use in multi-shift applications.

Rubber bumper

Rubber bumper

The rubber bumper reduces shocks in the event of a collision, thus protecting driver, forklift, and infrastructure such as racks.

Accident monitoring

Accident monitoring

Whether driving errors, uneven surfaces, or improper forklift use - a shock sensor registers shocks. The evaluation of the data via the fleet management software provides information on the cause of damage and accidents.

Access control

Access control

Access control via the connect fleet management system ensures that forklift trucks are only used by authorized persons. The driver must identify himself by PIN or RFID card before the forklift truck is started.
